Summary: I guess over all it was ok. We travel every 3 months to Birmingham for doctors appointments. This time this place was the cheapest in the area that I wanted to stay. The pool was small. The elevator was kind of scary. It was creaking noises every time we used it. Apparently only one elevator was working. The faucet in the bath tub was loose. Floor had not been mopped. Although the breakfast was good and a good variety of options.

Summary: Had to wait 10 plus minutes to check in became the front desk person was out on her phone. There were others waiting downstairs who were waiting for 10+ minutes to check in who were very frustrated. Then once she came in she was on her phone during the checking in process which took way longer than it needed to be. Outside of that the stay was pretty good.
