Summary: We rented adjoining rooms (the family suite we had originally booked was unavailable when we arrived). One room was definitely more updated whereas the other had a fridge that had broken shelves, rust, and was not in good working order. The staff (other than Robert who assisted us upon check in) were rude, dismissive, and not at all friendly. Although I usually love a Hampton Inn, this one was not worth the stay. We will definitely be booking with another hotel if we travel to Brattleboro again.

Summary: Perfectly comfortable for an overnight stay. The bathroom did have some peeling wallpaper and mold on the ceiling over the tub. Its definitely showing its age, but the front desk clerk was super friendly. She made up for the construction workers in the parking lot who were leering at me when I came in from picking up a bite to eat. It looks like they were staying there. Not the hotels fault at all though. Breakfast looked good too, though I just had a quick piece of toast. Check in sugar cookies were yummy.

Summary: Our room was clean. We checked in after 5 then had to go to meet others for dinner. It wasn't until we got back we realized the toilet had issues. Very slow to flush. Had to resort to using the bathroom in the lobby. We did inform the front desk. They said they'd make a note of it. That is the only complaint we had with staying there.

Summary: We wanted a pool for relaxing and some exercises but it was closed. It would be helpful if the website for the location would have stated the pool was closed. We would have gone to another location with one that was open. When we checked in the frontdesk clerk acted like we should have known it was closed.

Summary: Robert the guest service person was extremely professional and friendly when we checked in. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate. Had an issue hooking up to the WiFI - also the pool wasn’t available- we did tell the front desk in the morning that the tub was not draining. We hadn’t brought our swim suits so no pool wasn’t an issue. We will be happy to stay there again

Summary: It was a good place to stay. Only thing is me being a older person and have a hard time getting around the room wasn't exactly as I would've wished for. The bed was a little too high to be able to get in and out of. The bathroom was safe with the grab in the shiw

Summary: Booked hotel 10 weeks before the stay specifically so I could use the pool and hot tub for my health condition. 4 days before arriving (1 day AFTER penalty free cancellation), I noticed they posted on their web site the pool & hot tub would be closed for the next 4 weeks (starting a few week before we arrived). When I asked at the front desk when they posted that noticed she said beginning of the month. Letting those with reservations aware of the change should occurred via email. At a minimum a little more notice would have been nice. Otherwise the stay was good.
