Summary: Everything was acceptable except for the digital key to enter the room. The front desk needed to come every time to let us in and it occured to many people. They need to get that fixed.

Summary: The electronic key system was not functioning during my 3-day stay. That required a staff person to let me in my room each time I returned. The staff was very nice and friendly, but that was very inconvenient. The power operated window shade in my room did not operate correctly. I didn't complain about it given the burden they had with the key system malfunctioning
