Positive: It was comfortable and conveniently located.

Negative: The ev charger wasn't working. This is why we chose this specific hotel and it was disappointing we couldn't charge overnight. Hotel is currently under construction.

Negative: When we arrived, at 4pm. Rooms not ready. Had to wait an hour. They are closing the hotel and converting it to apartments

Negative: We could not watch the television because it has a blue screen. This is the third time this has happened and the only reply is we’ll notify maintenance.

Negative: Because of the proximity to the highway, the noise was a lot. Took a while to fall asleep with the noise. TV also had some issues. Hairdryer was a little hit or miss (had to push it to the side of the outlet in order for it to function

Positive: Everything was in working order, staff was friendly.

Negative: My do not disturb sign went missing. With this being the case, I thought that I would get clean towels and washcloths and the trash picked up. That did not happen, bor did I request that. I have learned to bring my own personal do not disturb sign. The check in staff lady was working alone and it was extremely busy checking in several people. This lady was calm, collected and very kind to be alone with so many to check in alone. She did an excellent job.
