Summary: There was a hiccup at 3AM with water dripping from a vent over the commode. I didn’t want to waken my family do I cleaned it up. I notified the front desk and it was looked at and didn’t occur the rest of the stay.

Summary: Again like the last two times we stopped in between our journey east and we weren't disappointed. Easy check in easy checkout. It was fast I walked in to the desk was asked my name given our key cards and a quick detail of the locations within the hotel. Rooms were clean and ready for our stay. Summary: Kitchen has lack of commercial Oven, the old one it’s broken and the administrator had the great idea to buy a small oven to save money. Now there’s a line at the breakfast that you won’t see not even in Cuba for food. What a disgrace for the Hotel owners. They are gonna loose guests because someone in from the administration doesn’t have brain.

Summary: My wife and I were coming from out of state due to my father in law being in the hospital. We booked the room last minute through Hotels.com. Upon checking in we worked with an employee named Pablo. We did not have the physical card we booked with due to us not planning to stay at a hotel and I left my wallet at my house. Pablo was un willing to help us with any sort of accommodation. He stated to us “we do not take apple pay or cash”. It was for the incidental coverage which would be returned upon checkout. My wife and I already stressing out due to the circumstances started to panic as we did not have any physical cards with us we booked using apple pay. Stressing out trying to find a way to make it work Pablo was just watching us sitting at a table trying to figure it out without him trying any resolutions. I then spoke to another lady at the desk I cannot remember her name. I explained the situation and she was able to work with us and took cash for our deposit. Pablo was standing there watching as she was able to make it right for us. I hope he gets some much needed training on customer service and empathy for individuals after this incident.

Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that on check-in, we were asked if we minded that housekeeping would tend to our room every other day. We had no problem with that at all. We checked in on Monday. On Wednesday, we saw that housekeeping had come to the room while we were out. Beds were not made, but okay, that was fine. One trashcan had been emptied, but not the bathroom trash. There was one clean bath towel, three clean hand towels, and a new roll of toilet paper placed on one of the beds. We had hung up our towels after use, so that was fine too. That was the last sign that housekeeping ever came to our room during our six-night stay. On Saturday, we had to go to the front desk to ask for a roll of toilet paper. And we brought a bag of trash downstairs to dispose of because the cans in our room were full. When we checked out on Sunday morning, the front desk clerk asked how our stay was. When I told him about housekeeping, he just said, "Oh, sorry. Have a safe trip." Better training definitely needed.
