Summary: The staff was nice and cheery but the hotel it self needs to be updated fast beacuse the rooms lightnings are dark and not all wall outlets worked. We had a room at the corner of housekeeping door so if you want to sleep a bit more forget it, you will hear the door opens and then slam shut after a few seconds later. Breakfast was oke but coffee was horrible.

Summary: Breakfast is amazing with lots of variety. All day coffee and tea is a plus. There is a water bottle filling station that's very convenient. In my particular stay, the room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom. Free parking and right off QEW. About 25 min drive to downtown Toronto with no traffic

Summary: Outstanding service from check in to the lady who attended the breakfast. Both unbelievable. I made a mistake on the date of my booking, the kind gentleman at the front desk helped me along with a call to hotels. Com. The lady at the breakfast bar was friendly, helpful and cares about people. I honestly felt like family! Hard thing to accomplish in this crazy selfish world. She offered me a banana and a bag to carry it in. Hard to find people like this! Keep her. Treasure her, reward her!
