Summary: The hot tub was broken down, one of the 2 ice machines was out of order. Our hotel room door was swollen and hard to open and close. Other than that, the staff was very polite and helpful, the hotel was very clean and they have a complete Breakfast, with great choices. They also give away fresh baked cookies, free for the taking. I would recommend this Hotel and I'll be staying there again. :)

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no housekeeping service during our two-night stay, the shampoo pump bottle was empty, and the motorized curtains did not work. I asked the front desk clerk to have maintenance fix the curtains on the first morning, but nothing was done.

Summary: The staff was the best part of the hotel. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of updates/maintenance. The pool was unavailable during our stay. Breakfast needs more choices and the quality is average. The juice machine wasn't working.
