Summary: Great breakfast with a clean dining area at all times. Clean! Seemed like they were having a sprinkler head issue right in front of the main entrance. The hallway outside of our room had a terrible odor, once inside our room which was clean, you couldn’t smell it. That smell was there our entire stay. We were able to use the ice machine once the first day of our stay, then it appeared to be turned off after that and couldn’t get ice the rest of the weekend which was unfortunate. Only 1 elevator was working. The other was out of service the entire weekend. We never waited too long for an elevator though. Overall, it was a good visit. I typically love staying here and love the easy access to downtown Cedar Falls.

Summary: Stayed here on 4-15-26. When I arrived it was 74 degrees in my room. A coworker said it was 78 degrees in his room. Front desk said the storm the night before caused issues with the HVAC systems. No AC all night made for a rought night of sleep. Everything else was great.
