Positive: Solid hotel if you are visiting the university, for example. I was able to walk to campus for my appointments no problem! Room was big and very clean and the staff were super friendly!
Negative: The soundproofing of the room was good, but you still heard lots of creaking from the room above. Also, the gym was OK but pretty tiny: Only four cardio machines and no weights. There's also a pool but I didn't try it. I was at the hotel during the week, but the gym was not busy at all.
Summary: No surprises, a solid and professional meat-and-potatoes hotel
