Summary: The only issues I had with the entire stay was the room key not working on the elevator it was extremely annoying to operate the elevator with the room key

Summary: The general manager was working the front desk was trying to refuse me service do to my disability. I told him I had a service animal to which he replied it's an ESA and not a service animal. I showed him state documentation for the animal and he still tried telling me it's an ESA
