Summary: The carpeting in the hallway to room 140 was badly rumpled (I had to walk against the walls to avoid the rumples in the walking aisle), there were spiders in several areas (in corners), bathroom sink had debris along the top of the sink (under the top edge).

Summary: Location next to airport is great. Room was good, with one exception. There was a water leak in the room above which caused a drip over the toilet in my room. I alerted the front desk and they said that they would address it the next day. Hotel was booked so they didn’t offer me another room but I should have pushed. The next morning I mentioned it to the new desk person and she seemed to take it much more seriously and was apologetic. All ended fine but could have been handled better.

Summary: It was musty smelling like a mold and mildew smell throughout the hallways and they were hot, one elevator out of the two was out of order. Our room smelled constantly of mildew, very musty odor. Floors felt damp due to humidity, maybe a dehumidifier would be a good upgrade. Hotel is dated and could use remodeling. Shuttle service was great and fast.

Summary: Our room was kind of dirty but that smell was awful!! I was given lysol to spray around the room, which did help for a bit. Every time we came back to our room it was just nasty smell again.

Summary: Close to the airport, quick pick up with the shuttle. The hallway noise is louder and there is a blinking lightbulb in the bathroom.
