Summary: I had a very disappointing experience at the Hampton Inn Cranbury. We booked a 3-night stay but ended up checking out after only 2 nights because our room was never cleaned. After noticing that housekeeping had not serviced our room, we spoke with the front desk. They assured us that he would notify housekeeping and that our room would be cleaned while we were out. We left and returned around 6:00 PM, only to find that the room had still not been cleaned. We went back to the front desk, but they were unable to reach the manager. Since we were checking out early due to the lack of housekeeping service, we requested a refund for the unused night. Our request was denied. We were not offered another room or any meaningful solution. Instead, we were simply offered clean towels and fresh sheets, which did not address the issue. It is my understanding that rooms are supposed to be cleaned every other day, yet our room went two days without any housekeeping service despite multiple requests. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and unwillingness to resolve the problem made for a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience.

Summary: The staff at the breakfast bar rid a wonderful job keeping everything fresh even during busy times. Front desk was very helpful. My only concern is the shower doors are installed backwards so the water sprays between the gap and the bathroom sink faucet is too close to the edge of the sink which makes it nearly impossible to wash your hands. Both issues are not related to the staff which are great.
