Summary: We were assigned a room, got the key went in, it was not cleaned. Back to the front desk. Got assigned another room. Went to pull out the pull out couch, no sheets for it. Back to front desk for sheets. My credit card got charged again, after paying for the room on May 30th (I have the receipt) they were going to look into it. Pool was great. Breakfast was great.

Summary: This is a very old motel with exterior access to the rooms. There was an elevator to the second and third floors. I book e a king room and not adjoining another room. We were given a tiny two double bed room AND it adjoined the room next door. The beds were marginally comfortable. Would not stay here again and was a bit shocked that this was a Hampton!

Summary: When I reserve the room, it said rollaway beds were available. They were not when we got to the property, so my grandson had to sleep on the floor.

Summary: The room was fine. The customer service was good. The breakfast was great. Our only complaint is the AC was loud and the toilet was low to the floor and the water level was too high in the basin. When you sat on the toilet your butt got wet or things hanging down got wet.
