Summary: I don’t understand how $191 gets what this got. Half hour wait at reception late at night while machines were down. Attendant was friendly and trying everything she could, it wasn’t her fault, to note. Bed was partially made. Shower and bathroom were dingy. I was too tired to complain. Generally depressing night that I’m glad to forget. If it were a budget hotel, I’d understand.

Summary: The customer servive was wonderful. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The pull out sofa was a bit thin and you could feel the springs. Also, the shower gel was empty when we went to use it, although I'm sure they would have quickly rectified it had I asked.

Summary: It was a unexpected overnight stay. I was greeted warmly by the front desk employees. The room was pleasant and comfortable. In the morning it was lovely to see the common area filled with families. I would definitely stay again should the need arrive.

Summary: Arrived at night. Lobby and corridors smelled like stale cigarettes. Subsequent days the smell was gone. Room nice size. Clean. Oddly the carpeted floor felt damp on bare feet -in both of our 2nd floor rooms. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Coffee available. Coffee maker in room not drinkable. Overall a pleasant visit.
