Summary: The bed, especially the pillows were quite uncomfortable. The best part of the experience was the service from Crystal as she took care of us at breakfast and was a delight.

Summary: I don’t understand how $191 gets what this got. Half hour wait at reception late at night while machines were down. Attendant was friendly and trying everything she could, it wasn’t her fault, to note. Bed was partially made. Shower and bathroom were dingy. I was too tired to complain. Generally depressing night that I’m glad to forget. If it were a budget hotel, I’d understand.

Summary: Property was ok. jacuzzi was shut down during our stay. there isn't an area outdoors to sit. overall the facility served our purpose and a bonus is that it is pet friendly.
