Summary: Could not access the beach. Jacuzzi wasn't working. Sink holes in the parking area. The beds were not comfortable. Spend a few more bucks and stay at the Daytona grande resort. Well worth the difference in price.

Summary: It would have been nice to know they were under construction when you have children. I think I would book some places else.the room was nice but we ask for extra towels because they only had enough towels for three people and there was for of us and they didn’t have any. We had to wait 30 minutes to get a waffle for breakfast.They need more waffle maker and there was so many people at breakfast we couldn’t get a table .

Summary: The hotel condition compares to the nightly rate is considered very high. Hotel Access to the beach was closed for no valid reason. Fixing the stairs shall not take that long. The only good thing in this hotel was the staff. They should be recognize considering the horrible situation of this hotel and the hard work they are doing to survive.

Summary: For some reason, the fridge stopped working the first night of our stay, and we had to throw away a lot of food that was sort of expensive. I called up to the front desk and the woman told me there was basically nothing she could do because maintenance was not there. She didn't sound like she even really cared, and she also didn't try to help or make it right

Summary: Some sraff were okay. Breakfast had no meat on Saturday. Beds under covering had Numerous particles of hair and other stuff. Lil small bugs on cecilig and walls. Mold on shower curtain. Slide door wouldn't latch. Towel replacement requested never replaced after 6 hrs. No beach access. Numerous repairs seem to have completely stopped. Parking is limited. Ice machine 6 flr not working. Room phone not working. We've stayed at many Hampton Inns. This one is not one we will ever stay again. The view was good. Owners please bring hotel up to Hampton Inn standards. .

Summary: The hotel was under repair. They did not disclose this when I was making reservations. Last year storms took out a wooden staircase leading to the beach. This hotel was not up to the standards of Hampton Inn I have stayed at before. You also have to pay an additional 15 dollars just to park.

Summary: Room was ok, breakfast person was excellent, pool is so bad dirty and whole area neglected. Lobby and commons areas need a lot of care and cleaning. Additionally, I booked because have beach access, however after booked received a notice about no beach access due the Hurricane damage, that hurricane was last year.

Summary: It was a wonderful stay at the beach. Loved the view from the balcony and the room was very clean. There is construction going on and the beach access closed, hopefully it won’t be like that next time.

Summary: This hotel is in serious need of attention. The carpet in our room turned our feet black it as so dirty. It appeared someone had vomited as the smell in that room was of vomit and mold. The shower curtain was tattered and torn. There was takeout food left in the frig. Clearly these rooms are not being adequately cleaned.The slider leading to the deck is broken. It worked if you only open it about a foot. The ice machine is out of order on our floor. There was not a single umbrella in the pool deck to get out of the scorching heat. No beach access-ou have to walked down the street to get to the beach! I expected better from a Hilton property. Shame on you!
