Negative: I was sad the pool wasn't open. After a long drive which mine is about 4 hrs one way I love to go for a swim which is the reason why I chose that for me and my boyfriend.

Positive: I loved how clean the hotel was, and how amazing the breakfast was!
Negative: The only complaint i have , when booking i specifically wanted a pool, and booking.com advertised and showed photos of a beautiful pool. When we arrived she informed us the pool has been broken for a while, not quite sure whose at fault for the false advertising but it was quite sad especially since my reservation was non refundable, although the recptionist offered to refund us, the funds had already been taken , and we didnt want to deal with the hassle of finding a last minute booking and the refund process with booking. My child was very disappointed and if that had been advertised at the time of booking, i would have found other accommodations. With that being said everything else about the hotel was phenomenal the room, the breakfast, the staff, and the hospitality was all a 10 out of 10
