Summary: Took a cold shower. Told the maid as I was leaving and she said they have been having problems with their water heater for a COUPLE OF MONTHS. then says “I guess they didn’t tell you wwlheb you checked in?” Told the front desk clerk and they said “yeah, had a plumber out yesterday but guess they didn’t fix it”. My bs meter was pegged. Holiday inn in Farmington from now on.

Summary: Staff and breakfast was good… BUT unfortunately the carpet in the room was covered in stains, the air on the floor was turned off (our unit still had air conditioning but the hall outside and elevator area was off) the thermostat showed 79 degrees. Also super humid in the whole hotel. In addition, the water heaters were out of service so no hot water (note they did say we could cancel our room but we didn’t have much of an option with it being a small town).

Summary: Breakfast was good. A/C very touchy, either too cool or too stuffy (late April). Property overall clean. Pool had 'stuff' in bottom and needed to be cleaned. Advertised a hot tub, but it has been filled with concrete!

Summary: We had a very nice room. Very clean and staff was great. We stayed a week and had a “Do not disturb” sign on the door but they came in while we were gone

Summary: Very nice place. If you don’t like animals do not stay here. There were probably 5 different people with dogs while we were there. It was fine with us because we love animals but if you are not a dog lover or afraid of dogs I would not stay here. The only complaint is there was a photo of a hot tub on the website but there is not a hot tub. Everything else was as expected. We would stay here again. .
