Summary: We used the heat there was a little snow storm the room was clean staff was nice they could of had a bigger breakfast selection I didn’t eat anything

Summary: Shower gel was empty at checkin. Shampoo emptied the next day. Electric curtain was broken. Toilet seat was not secure. Toilet had significant cracks to interior bowl & exterior pedestal.

Summary: The sofa bag out of cushions look dirty, and they weren’t an extra blankets because it was cold. The one blanket they had in a plastic look old like it was in there for months.

Summary: The toweled we used lay on the floor and were there when we left so I did not leave a tip , usually do , thew were not making up the beds , all others do. , , I travel a lot and this was the worst room makeup up I was ever in

Summary: Carpet in room was not clean. Shower was difficult to keep water inside tub. We had difficulty with the TV for four days before the manager fixed it. One of the staff told us they couldn't do anything about it and to just see if we could change rooms. Overall not pleased.
