Summary: My only complaint is how hard the bed was. Finally feel asleep around 3am and only because I was exhausted. Everything else was great.

Summary: Food at breakfast had no taste. We stayed 5 days and our room was never serviced; even thought it was stated it would be serviced every other day. When I inquired at the front desk in day 4 I was given clean towels and told someone would be up to empty trash but that never happened. As we checked out and told front desk about it all we got was “I am sorry.”
