Summary: Experience 10/10. Hotel and rooms were clean. Front desk Nikolas was friendly and welcoming. Offered a list of food recommendations without being asked, which were helpful. Provided insights on transportation to and from Levi Stadium. He truly went above and beyond in the customer service department during our stay. It would be nice to have daily turndown service other than that hotel was great. I would definitely recommend.

Summary: Room was clean but had some ants that need to be addressed. The water temp in the shower was not consistent. They also put me in a room next to the elevator. I was also informed that I didn’t get my Hilton reward points because I booked on Hotels.com which has never been the case prior. I won’t be able to use this app moving forward if that’s the case.

Summary: The breakfast wasn’t very good. Rubbery eggs and Canadian bacon. The make your own waffles are fine. When we checked in I asked for a quiet room and the front desk person said he couldn’t do that. That because I reserved with Expedia that I had to have a certain room near the elevators. Well that wasn’t acceptable to me. I literally was thinking of going to the Marriott down the street because they were charging only $100 a night and was just going to eat the cost. But somehow the person was able to get us a room at the end of a hallway. The property isn’t the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at. I really wouldn’t recommend.
