Summary: The hotel was clean and well card for. The air conditioning/heating was excellent. The breakfast was OK. We weren't able to check in early. When we got there the staff were all down the hall in a room visiting and laughing.... with no one at the front desk so we waited in the lounge until 3pm check in time. We didn't use the pool or see any pets.

Summary: I made my reservations through hotel.com a week ago. I chose to have a king room and when we got there to check in they didn’t have a king room available gave us a queen room on first floor by the Laundry room and all during the night was noise and running water. Got at call from front desk at 10:30pm checking to see if we were still coming. We were in our room asleep! Also, when checking in I was informed about a $85 fee that after our stay would be reimbursed. Was not told anything about that fee when reserving.

Summary: The walls did not block out any sounds - from the person showering and flushing toilet multiple times a night, the constant elevator singing (I guess I was on a popular floor) and the trucks on the highway. Wish I could of had a better sleep.

Summary: I am normally not super picky. But for the price of the room, I would want it to be a little bit more cleaner and modern. The air condition didn’t seem to work. The best in the room was stuffy. The pool was freezing cold. You would think with an indoor pool it might have a little warmth to it. So it was hard for the kids to really enjoy it.

Summary: Property is newly renovated and was nice inside the breakfast area and rooms. The Inside pool area was extremely hot and uncomfortable and the front desk didn’t seem to know how to turn on the AC to help.

Summary: Well the breakfast was not that great and me and my wife heard a lot of people complaining about the room temperatur’ s it would to hot before the air kicked on or, it would get to cold before it turned off. That is a nice (Hotel) . But y’all are letting it run down.if that the case there will not be no Hampton Inn in Fort Payne
