Summary: Toilet was clogged from previous guest. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, and there was no pool/hot tub. Front desk staff was super nice, though!

Summary: Front desk was great. She answered all our questions. Room was hot even with AC on high and we did not have a TV channel list. There was a leaky faucet that I let the desk know about, and in the corner behind the bathroom door it looked like there was a repair done from a leak and there was still mold in it.

Summary: I had issues checking in both times I stayed during our trip...once on the way, and again when we returned. Both times the clerk was unable to find my booking through Expedia. I had 3 rooms booked both times. The first time they eventually found the booking for all 3 rooms. The 2nd time they could not find one of the rooms we booked and had a confirmation number for so I ended up having to pay full price directly through the hotel which was an extra 20 dollars. Its not much but i dont understand how something like that can happen when i have confirmation numbers from Expedia.

Summary: The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was acceptable. The building is dated. The pool was closed. I was concerned that the fire doors in each end of the floors were propped open. I would have liked to have had somewhere outside to sit. The property was close to family.
