Summary: Really nice room with one caveat, the bathroom sink faucet was installed at a 45 degree angle to corner of sink and barely cleared into the basin. Practically impossible to wash hands or anything without water pouring all over the counter and onto the floor. Everything else i the room was great, but that faucet was a really poor choice

Summary: The staff, breakfast and cleanliness of the room was excellent but upon our arrival we found out that the pool and fitness center was closed for renovation.

Summary: The room was amazing! I am a wheelchair user so an accessible room is a must. Having four kids with us, the extra space made a world of difference. While the fridge never got cold enough (our awesome ice blocks maintained food for two nights but, were out of power by the next morning) and the king bed was hard as a rock (we were told they're about to replace the beds anyway), just about everything else was amazing. The staff was delightful, the room was clean, breakfast even had a few healthy options and decent coffee. We were unable to use the pool lift that we messaged the hotel about prior to our stay due to a miscommunication between maintenence and the front desk staff about the battery in the lift. Thankfully, I have partial mobility in one leg and was able to lower myself to the floor and scoot to manage. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.
