Summary: Check in staff very nice and welcoming.. I used the hair dryer and it was so hot that ii burned a section of my hair..when I said something to the am staff he mentioned that he had heard that complaint before but wasn’t really concerned that my hair was burned..I spoke with another staff person and she said that her manager would call me the next day…no call…I will have to see my hair stylist to address the frizzed and burned section…

Summary: Stayed at this hotel on trip to Royal Rumble. Clean and friendly . The hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located near the airport .

Summary: Multiple businesses nearby boarded up. Was close to airport which was convenient. The free transport shuttle from the airport was nice, but the blue van definitely needs to be cleaner inside. There was a collection of junk including a loose fire extinguisher piled all in the third row and needs a good vacuuming. We checked out Sunday and there is no shuttle to airport on I would assume is a big check out day, so we had to order an Uber. The main room was clean and smelled very good, the bathroom was also very clean, thanks to Maria! We were in room 115. Breakfast was excellent, there were many options to choose from! The star of breakfast is always the waffle maker, it could use a spray for in-between usage since it stuck everytime. All in all I was very happy with my stay, wish the surrounding area was thriving more.

Summary: Hotel was clean. Food was good. Staff was friendly. The only complaint i have is that housekeeping came to my door 3 times before 10am.
