Summary: The beds mattress seems to be bigger than the frame. Other than that. Everything was nice

Summary: The ice bucket in the room was still filled with water from a previous tenant. The ice machines on two floors were not working. There was no soap in the soap dispenser at the bathroom sink. For some reason, the humidity was extremely high in the room. Overall, not a very pleasant stay.

Summary: The beds are really comfortable, but if you want thinks like doors that easily open and close and stocked vending machines, look somewhere else. Also, the outdoor pool was closed due to recent storms, which wasn't really their fault, but it was still aggravating. Also, the tubs are slippery, and we didnt have shampoo in our dispenser. The staff is nice and the place is not terrible, but the property is poorly maintained.

Summary: Beds are much to high. I had to stand on my suitcase to get in. Phone and USB port didn’t work. Room didn’t have but a small amount of toilet paper. Room was damp. Air conditioner made loud noises. I won’t be staying in a Hampton until the bed issues are resolved.

Summary: Great curb appeal and lobby was nice. Staff was EXCELLENT!! Room had dirty towels under the cabinet, hair in bed, no hair dryer, and pool was not open (which is why we chose this hotel).
