Summary: Our stay was during a road trip so we were only there one night but the front desk was friendly and the breakfast was hot and the hotel was clean and we felt safe. Those are the things that matter to people in their 70's.

Summary: I received and email at 3pm asking us how check in went. We didn’t check I. Until 10pm. Out card had been charged $215. When we got to the hotel we received a Key and proceeded to our room. The key didn’t work and we could hear a dog barking from the room. Went back downstairs and asked about it. Apparently someone with the same last name was checked into our room with our card on file and were told their was a pet fee. We finally got a new room and received a call that we needed to come down so they could get a card for incidentals. My husband refused since they had already over charged us. Thankful they had 1 room left in the hotel we were able to check into. The floors in the bathroom were dirty. Overall I thankful I had a place to sleep after an 18 hour day.
