Summary: I attend a claaa in the meeting room once a year which i usually drive to.. this year because the hotel has a pool my girlfriend and i decided to stay the night and make use of the pool.. when arriving there was a sign on the front desk stating pool closed.. i would have left then and looked for alternative arrangements but i booked a non refundable room ao i was stuck. There was never even an offer from hotel staff to cancel because of the pool closure. Not only did we take 2 days off work instead of 1 which we both lost money in doing we arrived early around 4 to make full use of the pool.. so it pretty much wasted our whole afternoon and we had to look for alternative activities. The hotel text me and asked how my stay was going and i texted back about the pool situation and got this response I understand your concern. We do appreciate your patience as the pool is fixed. Please enjoy our fitness if you'd like, and there is a list of restaurants at the front desk if you'd like that information. The ymca also offers memberships that include the pool. I hope that helps a little. Have a good day. -Elizabeth I feel telling me i needed to go to the ymca and get a membership that includes a pool was very out of line from Elizabeth. I feel they should have offered me to cancel the reservation or maybe even a discount since they only reason we even made a reservation was because of the pool. I still feel like im owed something for the pool not being in service.

Summary: The room 116 was clean. Staff was courteous but only until it was time to leave. My receipt indicated checkout at 12pm. Multiple women started harassing me to get out immediately at 11pm with a knock on the door & phone call when I was already packing. They rushed me so much and practically demanded extra charges on my credit card. Now my sterling silver ting inlaid with turquoise is gone. It was sitting on the bathroom countertop. No one called me about the ring. I did not realize it was gone until an hour after I left.

Summary: Room had a hole in the wall, dated and poorly patched shower wall. The door in the cabinet that housed the refrigerator was broken apart and hanging on the hinges. There was also a pile of wood shavings on the carpet nearby. Water cooler in lobby was never refilled. However, bed was comfortable and room was very quiet.
