Positive: Check in was convenient and Jasmine was very helpful. The breakfast options were nice and everything was fresh. Easy process to register my dogs and our room was conveniently right next to an exit for easy potty breaks.

Negative: Pool was closed, issues with key cards.

Summary: I’m so glad we chose to stay with you, we will be back!

Positive: Friendly. Clean. Comfortable. Location

Negative: Someone was blasting music until 1230am..We only stopped to sleep from 11 to 5 so it was a bit expensive for that and totally frustrating w the music keeping us up. Door had a gad of like a 1/2 inch we could see into the hallway!

Positive: Located right off of the toll road, all the staff I spoke to were really nice except one

Negative: The handle on the bathroom door was broke, it didn’t latch or lock. There were a bunch of dead flies on both of the window sills. At one point our toilet needed to be plunged (there’s zero water pressure) and the housekeeper was really nice and took care of it but all she did was plunge it so there were still remnants all around the sides of the toilet bowl. We also went to use the microwave to warm up some leftovers and it was going for no longer than 30 seconds and the microwave itself started smoking. Our room had a separate living area with a pullout bed and an additional TV, however the TV in that room did not work.

Summary: Not very clean, needs some major upgrades

Positive: The first room I got had a couch, which is good because I sleep on couches for back. Return trip, I thought I was getting a couch but didn't. Breakfast was plentiful, and unlike another hotel in your city, the housekeepers didn't help themselves to all of it nor take over the room ( loudly) before their shifts. Trisha, evening desk clerk on tues the 14th, helped me untangle a mess with Priceline. It still wasn't a pleasant check-in, but not her doing. On the other hand, I ran into same problem eve of thurs the 9th, and that clerk not only didn't get to the root of the issue, she did a terrible job of even explaining the issue. Four or five times, I asked her a direct question and got talked around. If you don't know, just admit you don't know. I left next day angry at the hotel, thinking the problem lay with them. Contact me if you need further details. Long story.

Negative: Thurs the 9th, toilet paper roll low and no replacement roll in the bathroom. No readily apparent way to reach front desk from the landline phone in the room ( what happened to dialing "0"?). Only instructions were how to get an outside line; I didn't want to have to dial the hotel #, and probably get the corporate office and get put on hold, just to get a roll of TP. Tues the 14th, I was in different room; it had a light-colored screen over the window, but no second, darker screen nor curtains. Was this room being renovated? Why was it rented without curtains? Glare from highway and exterior hotel lot was extensive; I had to make sure to sleep facing away from the window, and even with that the room was not dark. But if you had been a tenament hut with a grass roof, moat and snarling guard dogs, you woulda been more friendly, modern and organized than the piece of crap Discomfort Inn in town where I've stayed in the past. Low bar to clear, I know. In the box below ( Did property meet your expectations?), I replied yes only because they were so low after Comfort Inn and price was $50 or so lower than Holiday Inn.
