Summary: The hotel was under renovation, so things were a bit out of sorts, but the staff was excellent, customer service was terrific, and I would definitely stay there again in that area.

Summary: I know they are under remodeling, but it seemed a little dumpy. The ice machine broke and we were on the second floor which doesn’t even have an ice machine! Our room only came with 1 decaffeinated coffee and 1 regular. Most hotels have at least 2 of each! Won’t go back there!

Summary: Here’s my story, I went to your site and booked a room at Hampton inn Lebanon ky, it was suppose to be two queens but when they arrived they said they had none And we had to try and reach your site which I messaged back and got service from hotels.com , the manager was going to give me break on the room but because you didn’t calll them back I didn’t get my break, we paid for two queens and had to settle for one queen n rollaway bed , you shouldn’t sell rooms your site says you have , very disappointed on your service ok

Summary: Showers were ok and the room was clean. Staff was as accommodating as could be. There was no notification of closed pool. Construction materials around facility, blocking parking spaces. Doors to side entrance unlocked 24/7. Bedside lamp didn’t work.
