Summary: This was a great hotel and a great stay! Check in was easy and the lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful! She assisted me in getting on the business center computer and print off a document that i needed for the next day. The Room was quite spacious and comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee bar. The room was very clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. I picked this property for the pool and Hot tub. They did not disappoint! The hot tub was very relaxing and was the best part of my stay. Breakfast in the morning had A LOT of options. There are a few great restaurant in the area within walking distance which was very convenient I enjoyed the free coffee all day and the great breakfast in the morning. I will be coming back here again!

Summary: Friendly staff, clean rooms and very comfortable bed! Relaxing comfortable stay! We got in town for a wedding and they had our room ready early so we could check in and get cleaned up to get to the event on time.

Summary: Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy. The biggest issue was the room. We experienced a significant ant problem throughout our stay. While the staff did spray the room, the problem continued regardless. Unfortunately, because the hotel was completely sold out for the weekend, changing rooms was not an option, so we had no choice but to deal with it. The staff was polite and did what they could, but for the price paid and overall expectations, the maintenance and room conditions definitely need improvement.

Summary: Breakfast was great (and early), pool area looked clean but the hot tub smelled bad. New washer & dryer, which we needed to use. Room & bathroom were clean! Front desk staff was not always around, we left without checking out and when checking in, the person was a bit all over the place as their shift just started and no one else was around.
