Positive: This is our third stay at this facility. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond. We needed an extended checkout and they were gracious in accommodating us.

Positive: The location was perfect for us! Lots of food and shopping nearby as well as the train to NYC.
Negative: The staff was very loud in the morning. You couldn't sleep at all. Banging on the walls and loud yelling and music from the staff. They clean every other day, but never cleaned our room and so we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and wash cloths.

Positive: Room cold. Able to get an extra blanket quickly. Housekeeping very helpful and gracious.
Negative: Front desk not as attentive as normal both check I and as leaving Usually greeted with a big hello and and go day as leaving.
