Summary: Quite disappointed that upon check in or booking that the hot tub and pool were closed for use. This was not disclosed to us.We would have chosen another hotel for those amenities. The check in was smooth but we weren't able to find the desk clerk when we had a couple of questions regarding our stay.

Summary: Everything went well except when I was checking in, I had to wait until the clerk got off the phone with a costumer booking a reservation, I was kind of in a time crunch and would have like if she had help at the front desk. also, my daughter and her friends found stains on the cover and sheets they went to the front and got clean ones. other than those things things went well. breakfast was wonderful!!

Summary: really run down area. there is no resturant within walking distance. ony two different pizza places that deliver. both didnt really want to deliver to the hotel.
