Summary: Staff was great just severely under staffed. All garbage cans were over flowing, only one person running a super small and crowded breakfast. Always out of food and people were mad the had to wait. The one staffer was trying her best to keep up but one waffle maker clogged the room. Got our room wasn’t cleaned, but staffer quickly corrected it. Room thermostat wasn’t connected to AC / heat unit. Carpet was run down . The renovations stood out vs the old dated things. For the price I paid I would expect more for Hilton members and patrons in general. Super disappointed

Summary: The staff was great, the bed was so comfy I did not want to leave! I had a problem checking out because of Expedia but they were super friendly and had amazing problem solving skills! They helped me get on my way! So would stay here again!

Summary: Marshall Texas Hampton Inn is a great place to stop especially if you have been on the road for5- 7 hrs.lots of restaurants and shopping.
