Positive: Staff was friendly. The breakfast that was served was very nice.
Negative: There was no room cleaning which with traveling with kids there was quite a bit of trash that was accumulated and no clean towels for showering each day. I also did not like the set up of a sliding door on the bathroom, ours did not close completely which doesn't allow for complete privacy. Also our room door did not automatically close by itself, you had to be sure to pull it closed which we did not realize until we left the room for the first time and came back and our room door was still open partly. And only one way in and out of the hotel made it difficult.

Positive: breakfast and staff were excellent! original room - air conditioning was not working; 2nd room air conditioner worked but was leaking into the carpet so much that it was not just damp but quite wet. Staff did a great job responding to our request to move the first time but we felt that we should not have been moved to a room with a wet carpet. They were very nice about the issue and offered to move us again but as I was traveling with an elderly aunt, we were too tired to be moved again.
Negative: Condition of rooms should be known to front desk so that rooms with issues are not assigned. All else was great - including the pool!
Summary: wonderful location for our family reunion!

Positive: The location was excellent. the stuff were friendly.
Negative: Not much choice in breakfast. Eggs Omelet was with ham. Muslim and Jews can not eat that. try to have more choice to accommodate other customer.
