Positive: The manager went out of his way to help us with a cash flow problem we had. The only problem was it took so long to get it solved that I missed my concert cruise on Friday 8/28/26.
Negative: I still don't understand the bill I got. I went thru Booking.com and my receipt was for 450.00 total for 2 nights. I understand that there was a 200.00 deposit which I did get back but the room for 2 night was almost 900.00. Something really seems off here. Also the reason I had the cash flow problem was because most of my money was on my debit card which the hotel doesn't accept.

Positive: Breakfast buffet was excellent and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Negative: We were there on a Saturday night with a boy's lacrosse team so there were lots of kids running up and down the hallway in the late evenings. Also the shower was lukewarm in the evening.
Summary: Great buffet. Luke warm showers.

Positive: The breakfast was ok,
Negative: Ok so when we got there everything seemed great, then the air conditioner started running, and it was very loud making a banging noise, which then kept us up all night. So we didn’t have a good sleep at all. We had complained to the front desk manager, and he came upstairs to check it out. It had not kicked in yet, but he did not change us rooms. There was a lot of vacancies so it wouldn’t have been a problem. Then we talked to someone in the next day. He was very apologetic and didn’t understand why that the night guy did not change our room. I come from the city to visit my family quite frequent and would like to continue staying at this hotel, but was very disappointed the last time with noise.
Summary: I think that it would’ve been a lot better had he changed our room

Positive: Staff were great, friendly. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, clean.
Negative: Only decaf coffee in the room. My daughter was looking for hot chocolate. Cookies would have been nice with the coffee in the foyer. Breakfast was nothing special.
