Summary: The check in staff was excellent. Professional and helpful. Our room was spacious. Breakfast was ok….nothing special.

Summary: Past midnight and next door had loud TV on still. I tried calling front desk many times but no one answered. Then it went to reservations staff who got connected to night staff to address noise curfew problem. It was annoying not to reach front desk.

Summary: Attention staff. There is something wrong with the shower in room 125. It stopped working after the first day. We had three rooms so there were plenty of showers I could use. See you next year

Summary: Great location! Lots of Highway noise though when on the back side. It's been remodeled but still smells like an old place in the hallways and elevator. Beds were comfortable but pillows are VERY tiny.

Summary: The pool really needs a covering or awning. I understand there’s a balance with protecting the mudswallows but guests shouldn’t be expected to swim in a pool with bird feces dropping at a high rate no amount of cleaning will dilute nor address. A strategically and aesthetically placed shade sail or canopy can provide a protective barrier, while complying with any city ordinance regarding wildlife.
