Summary: The staff during the check-in and checkout were very and sincerely friendly. They were the best part of the stay. The room could have been cleaner. The shower tile was filthy. There was dust on the light fixtures. The rest of the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The power blinds are an awesome feature we enjoy finding in hotels.

Summary: Unexpected / non-disclosed expense for a parking pass on the Saturday we arrived due to a local college football game. Staff was friendly but somewhat indifferent.

Summary: I especially liked the breakfast. It was the best!! It was very close to Ruby Hospital which was a real plus.

Summary: The staff was so kind and helpful. There was an issue with my room and the woman at the front desk got me switched and made sure everything was ok with my new room. I also forgot to bring something and at 5 AM the woman at the front desk offered to bring it to me so I didn’t have to walk to her.

Summary: Very close to WVU Eye Center, where we were having eye surgery. Even though we drove back and forth. we could have walked. The beds are so comfortable!

Summary: Room was very clean and in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Window blind was very transparent and let a lot of outside light in. Hard to sleep with it that bright. Disappointed that the breakfast was limited to high carb food.
