Summary: Only problem was the front of the ac unit and the filters were filthy. I washed filters in the tub and chunks of dust/ dirt came off. Breakfast was good and everything else was reasonably clean.

Summary: I booked online, check in was a breeze, room was clean and comfy. Was pleasantly surprised to see the bathroom was handicap equipped, as my husband was having knee surgery at Ruby.

Summary: No remote control for tv. We were unable to watch tv. Called front desk and they said that previous customer must have stolen it. Nothing they could do till morning. We were checking out at 4:30.

Summary: Room was clean and quiet. Lobby also clean and quiet with plenty of options available to eat or drink. Continental breakfast available, looked good but I was unable to eat due to medical test shortly.

Summary: Door hinge broke - door only opened half way. Told staff said they stake care of once we check out. When checked in they tried get me to pay for room again after I had paid when I booked an had receipt. Once I said something to them and showed receipt they said sorry. Bed was really hard.

Summary: The bathroom had a stale urine smell. They say that the rooms are sound proof that is not true we could hear pounding and stopping from rooms next to and above us. People was running up the halls throughout the night knocking on our door. Staff was nice. The breakfast was good.
