Summary: We went to see the fire works at the soaring eagle resort and had a great dinner at Ruth Chris Steak House. We could not get a room at the Resort so got one at the Hampton Inn, staff was very friendly and they advertised their bathrooms as handicap accessible and they are not! Also they are filthy dirty with mold in the shower. Also the bathroom door does not fully close by 3 inches as it is a barn door shared with the closet next to it, poor design. Also cobwebs on the walls. I had white socks on and took my shoes off and walked around for maybe 30 minutes between the bathroom and bedroom and the bottom of my socks were filthy not good for a Hilton property. Also our room smelled like a heavy smokers room and that had been sprayed with a cheap men’s cologne to cover it up and I have not smoked for 49 years. We wil not stay here again and would not recommend it either.

Summary: Stayed here with a group of friends for a concert at Soaring Eagle. Overall nice rooms, friendly checkin, and good breakfast. The carpet in our room could have used a good cleaning. The bottoms of our socks were very brown and gross.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay. The tv selection wasn’t great but we were only there 1 night. The young girl that checked us in was very nice and friendly and smiled at us which is rare anymore unfortunately.

Summary: Out dated for a Hampton. Wall paper coming loose. Shower curtain dirty. All things you expect to see in some hotels but not the Hampton that charges more than the other local hotels

Summary: Extremely noisy, not only were there tons of kids running around to make it near impossible to sleep. There was some type of noise that sounded like a bowling ball being dropped on the ceiling repeatedly for several hours, and we requested a late wake up and kept getting interrupted opening the door from housekeeping While we were trying to sleep
