Summary: Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hotel smelled clean when you walk in. In this time of cannabis smokers, I have been to many hotels that smell really bad. I was thrilled that this hotel had a grip on not allowing smoking.

Summary: Not enough towels at the pool or provided to the room. Curtains/blinds did not work. Busy weekend due to a local bball tournament but hotel was unprepared for the high volume of families booked.

Summary: Had an excellent stay at Hampton Inn Norwich. The rooms are very hygienic, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was fresh and well organized, with good variety. The surrounding environment is beautiful, calm, and adds a lot to the overall experience. The coffee is a highlight — really good and available throughout the day. Overall, this is a great location and one of the best places to stay in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
