Summary: breakfast had many options. Eggs and turkey sausages were cold. Overall breakfast was okay. Bathroom was not clean. Needs to be renovated. shower head, drain and toilet handle looked in poor condition.

Summary: My blinds broke the second i touched them to close it. and at 10:30 at night they did not bring someone to my room to fix it, and since i was staying for 2 nights, i said it was okay if they fix it the next day. at 9:05 am on a sunday I get a bang on the door that woke me up followed by a phone call. I tell them they can come fix it after 12. No one came. ever. The elevators were broken for half the stay too.
