Summary: We stayed for two nights for a lacrosse tournament and I was very impressed, especially with the customer service. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was great to hang out at night and the pool was a great hangout space as well. I had commented to the front desk that we did not have a fridge in our room, and within five minutes, we had one delivered to us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again without hesitation!

Summary: Too crowded at breakfast on Sunday morning, tabels not clean, only 1 toaster which is not enough for a 6 floor hotel. Fire alarm went of Sunday at 8am. NO information from the staff! Pool area crowded and not enough sun beds. Other guests had loud music on - for the comfort of all guests it should not be allowed, people should use over ear headphones.

Summary: outdated with the bathroom ceiling old and rusted in one section, but overall room was great, indoor and outdoor pool options was great with kids, bar and breakfast was great, and front staff was very helpful

Summary: When we checked into our rom, we had just finished setting our booth up in the Morristown heat. We wanted to shower but there was no hot water. We ran it for 20 minutes, both faucets and shower. No hot water. I went downstair and she said she would send someone up and apoligized. 22 more minutes went by. no hot water. I went back downstairs and requested another room. she then told me the 'guy" called her and told her the water would be hot now, so run it some more. I then asked her why she did not call me or tell me. Apologies again and i took the new room key and went to check that hot water. none. While i was running the hot water in the new room, hot water miraculously showed up in our original room, so i went back to the front counter, turned in the new room key and told her i was NOT satisfied with this service. We then showered and went out to eat. I have never had this much trouble at a Hampton inn. It appears they only turn the hot water on when someone checks in. Duh. I am a gold Hilton member and will send a formal complaint when we return home from our grueling art show circuit. i have more Hamptons booked and seriously thinking of canceling them all.

Summary: We came down for the weekend to go to the Yankee game on Saturday night and then spend the day in the city with family! It's a nice location, comfortable and actually shares the same location as the Hilton so there is an outdoor pool and an indoor pool!

Summary: It has a very good location and looks like an actual old Hilton building with newer extension of Hilton just on the adjacent. The general area amenities and ambience are similar to that of Hilton. Inside the rooms, they look and feel of like 1980s interiors

Summary: As we were driving on I-95 on our way to the hotel, enroute from Massachusetts to New Jersey, I checked my email and noticed Hotels.com had sent me email asking for a hotel review *before* we had even stayed there. When I booked the hotel room that morning, I knew the room reservation was nonrefundable. I worried I had somehow booked the night before. Fortunately, the front desk clerk, Peter, confirmed my reservation was for the night I intended. Why Hotels.com thought I had stayed there already and was requesting a review of the stay was an unpleasant surprise. Once we were checked into our room and in bed asleep around 11pm, a Jeep Cherokee, parked outside our window in the neighboring Hilton parking lot, starting honking repeatedly. The vehicle alarm was going off. After about 5 minutes, I got up and attempted to call the the front desk to ask it be addressed. However, the room phone was not plugged in and not working. So I used my mobile phone to call the hotel number, but this time no one answered after it rang and rang. Finally, the Jeep's car alarm stopped on its own. So I hung up my phone and went back to bed only to have the same vehicle start alarming again about 10 minutes later. This time, I got up after a few minutes and, when I went to the window to see it was the same vehicle, I saw a person shutting the door of the vehicle. The alarm stopped. It did not alarm again after that, but it took a half hour to fall back asleep. Not a relaxing night!
