Positive: Far as the hotel itself everything was great except the staff member. That just messed up the entire stay all together. The check in was great but just this person.

Negative: The staff member (M) that told me I have 15mins extend when I explained that I checked in late 11pm-1200 midnight and that I woke up late and I needed to take a shower. She asked how much time I said, a Hour she said. I will give you 15mins. Really? I'm a HH member. She didn't care. If it wasn't for my Dad across the street at the military cemetery that I just lost 10/2025 and I drive over 2hrs to get here. I would find somewhere else to stay.

Negative: Too far from everything, carpet in hallway had a bad smell. Hair dryer stopped working. No instructions on how to work the television.
