Summary: This Hampton Inn location was a bit of an older establishment. My room air conditioner motor kept me awake all night. I tried calling guest services twice and got no answer. I had to turn off the air to not hear the noise, only to be too warm to be able to sleep well still. The breakfast food did not look appealing, and they had no coffee at all at 8am in the morning. They had no iron and ironing boards and no closets. I was not pleased at all. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Summary: Bathroom shower needs repairs on facet. There was no conditioner in the shower. Old building needs modernizing

Summary: The check in process was challenging because the system was down so it took close to an hour to get checked in. There were two employees working at the front desk, but only one was helping guests. At least three of the families (ours included), were assigned rooms that already had guests in them. After waiting an hour to get a room, we went upstairs, only to find out someone else was already there and then we had to go back downstairs and get in line again to wait for a new room. The entire process took close to 90 minutes. The room was clean though and breakfast had several options.

Summary: The place was pretty cool.Except for the air conditioning was broke downstairs, so it made it almost impossible to eat breakfast.In the morning, but you can't hold it against them, stuff happens other than that.I have no complaints.The place was great

Summary: Hotel furnishings are getting old and need to be replaced. A/c didn’t work efficiently, room was humid and sheets felt damp. Mattress was lumpy as were pillows. Blinds didn’t close completely so Room was bright early dawn. I have used Hampton many times but was very disappointed this time.
