Positive: Staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. A generous breakfast. The facility was spotless....super clean which was refreshing. The outside patio area is a nice idea. We did not use it. May I suggest you compile a list of local restaurants within a 5-10 mile radius?
Negative: A bit of a hassle to use the wi-fi. There were two of us, so two devices. Had to call twice to figure it out. Also, the breaksfast was a great spread, unexpected, but the coffee, hot water and oatmeal were just "luke" warm.
Summary: I would stay again.

Positive: The manager, Courtney, was not welcoming and rarely smiled. I explained to her about our request and all she could answer is she does not get communication with any third party.
Negative: Better, more selection for breakfast. Also requests should be taken seriously and not with a don't care attitude.
Summary: Good stay, not so good breakfast and manager not friendly.

Negative: Definitely dated. Bed was squeaky and made noise every movement, doors didn’t lock unless slammed. Next time i will likely go to the other hotel on Griffis unless this one gets updated
