Summary: Everything was great except for the odd refusal to print something for me and allegedly not having a printer in the meeting room because they "don't do that stuff". I get it might be the individual hotel's choice, but that's the first time in 40 years I ever encountered a hotel making that choice. Everything else standard for brand. But with so much competition I probably won't do that stuff (this brand) anymore.

Summary: It was good in general. However, the breakfast could be better because the fried eggs had fake taste, and they run out of dough for waffles at 9am.

Summary: The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of breakfast choices. Air conditioning was difficult to regulate. There was a musty odor in the room. Overall, we had a nice stay.
