Summary: The staff has completely changed. The current staff is friendly and efficient, but I do miss the folks that used to work there as they new me by name.

Summary: Only place I stay while traveling on business in Columbia TN. The staff is always the best and the hotel is the best in the area. Clean, safe and absolutely wonderful!

Summary: Everything was very nice & all our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious & well presented. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be adding an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Summary: Perfect for my family and incredibly safe area. Plenty of variety of dining and a shopping area as well. Only complaint is the door "chain" was loose, but the area was so safe we really didn't worry about it. Excellent food, very clean and fancy. Will be staying again in the future. thank you

Summary: Wonderful staff, especially the housekeepers and the front desk folks. Only stayed one night but will keep this one in my list of places to stay in the Nashville area. Had a problem with the door on first room and the housekeepers did their best to resolve it but it was a broken handle. Front desk upgraded me to a really super room. All in all, everyone at this Hampton Inn treats the guests like they're in a top tier Hilton property!
