Positive: This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at for a trip! It was almost eerie how clean it was. The beds were comfortable, A/C was nice and cold, the staff we interacted with were nice and friendly!

Negative: Shower sucked. The floor was creaking and popping. The sliding door was squealing when open and closing. Lock was busted on the bathroom door. Seen a roach in bathroom.

Positive: Spotless. Lovely room. Comfortable beds. Lovely outdoor pool. Clean. Pretty good location. Not in the heart of the town but beside the hop on hop off trolley tour which was handy to go in and out. Easy to get into the town and very handy if you’re not looking for a location in the centre.
Negative: Breakfast was completely self-service with disposal plates and cutlery. I didn’t mind it as breakfast was tasty with good variety. However, my husband wasn’t fussed on it at all. Parking a bit steep considering we were not in the heart of the area.

Positive: The room was great. The breakfast was ok. I also am comparing it the Hampton inn in Williamsville NY many years ago. I know things have changed since 2020.
Negative: The only problem I had was, in the morning, I pulled back the blankets and found some nasty stains on the sheets that I had unfortunately slept on. I should have looked first, but the room looked so pretty, I didn't.
Summary: I would book a room there again, but check the sheets first.
