Positive: Location is ideal for my needs.

Negative: Air conditioner noisy and it ran nonstop all night despite changing the temp. Only way to stop it was to turn it off. Elevator was not working so had to carry bags up the stairs.

Summary: I stay at this hotel quite often and this was the first time I was disappointed.

Negative: Wet spots, I question whether the room had been cleaned well before because shower products were empty. TV remote didn't seem to work other than one channel. the elevator had horrible sounds, very scary. Wasn't the worse hotel, but was concerned about the cleaning of our room

Positive: The staff at breakfast were very pleasant and accommodating !

Negative: It’s never as pristine as other Hampton Inn properties. The clerk at front desk was very unprofessional and repeatedly wiped her nose with her hand while checking us in as if she had a cold.

Positive: We like the location which we use several times a year. Previously, the property was in great shape.

Negative: The construction/remodeling was a surprise. The lobby and first floor hallways were being remodeled which was messy. The staff was friendly. The check in process was slow because of the computer. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was acceptable.
