Positive: As usual the breakfast was varied and well presented. Upgrades to the 4th floor were very well done. Especially appreciated the walk-in shower - as seniors, the old tub arrangement had to be carefully managed

Positive: The excelent LOCATION. The facilities and the room space, perfect for a our long stay... The daily cleaning and care of the overall place..
Negative: THE PRICE..! - I am Candian, and hace LIVED in Vancouver area and KNOW how costly it is in the summer season. BUT THIS ONE WAS OUT OF ALL THAT!!! I paid the price because I had a FAMILY COMMITMENT I could not move the dates. - It was MORE SO UNREASONABLE because manegement scheduled at least THREE MAJOR MAINTENANCE activities during the season's peak of 'CANADA DAY/FOURTH OF JULY' weeks: they had OVERALL EXTERNAL major redo, meeting rooms overhall AND BREAKFAST AREA REMODELING, AND ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE which, It needs to be pointed out, it over-ran for a WHOLE WEEK.!!! (ELEVATOR, YES!!! ) - Sum it: "P/P/PLANNING FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE PLACE"

Positive: The breakfast was fine but I am celiac so couldn’t have any waffles or the bread. It would be nice to keep some gluten options seeing as gluten allergy is becoming a big thing.
Negative: The price was too high for the hotel for one night. There was no complimentary water after paying the high nightly rate.
