Summary: This is the second time I see that this particular hotel the carpet in my room seems sticky this time when I got in the shower. All sorts of stuff came off the bottom of my feet. TOLKIN, at the front desk helped me take my bag to the car. She helped me last time as well. I use a cane. It was very appreciative and she’s very friendly.

Summary: We were very happy to have a room with a shower instead of a tub/shower. We didn’t care for the slider door on the bathroom/closet as it didn’t fully close and was heavy and noisy to move. The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. The breakfast was disappointing, but everything was very good overall.

Summary: The floor was wet from i believe the air conditioner, large stain on carpet near the sleeper sofa and lastly we had ants. They were found on my sheets and the tv/desk combo. The staff were very kind and helpful. I have stayed at this location many times and its needing some upkeep. Particularly carpet cleaning.

Summary: I had an issue at check in with someone who had a similar name as mine and a mix up in Hilton rewards, but the person at the front desk fixed everything and made sure my reservation was still kept.
