Positive: The Customer Service was excellent!!! The breakfast was great! The GM was awesome to resolve an inconvenience!
Negative: The room's fresh smell could have been better. The noise of the guest above us!!!

Negative: The room I stayed in had a broken window blind and I found a roach in the bathroom. Also, the pool area needs attention. The hot tub had lukewarm water, a broken timer and a broken railing that almost caused me to fall getting into the hot tub. And breakfast was lukewarm.
Summary: Comfortable but had some concerns.
